In our sales processes, Neuvoa focuses on identifying the right buyers both domestically and internationally. Involving cross-border buyers is an excellent way to accelerate the competitive process. Most of our auction processes end up as cross-border transactions, and even our domestic transactions often have cross-border buyers competing for the target.
Business carve-out and spin-off arrangements
We have experience in structurally demanding arrangements, where a part of the business is carved out either into a company owned by the same owners (spin-off) or to new owners (carve-out). We also assist our clients in demanding financial modeling or engineering situations, such as separating capital-intensive growth businesses from a mother company.

We continually conduct valuations for various situations. Some of our analyses are made for exit preparation -purposes, or when a seller has received an offer from a buyer and needs a second opinion.
