Härkätien Puhelin joins Lounea with a business transfer

Neuvoa Advisors acted as the financial advisor in the transaction between Lounea, the 4th largest telecommunications operator in Finland, and Härkätien Puhelin involving the transfer of Härkätien Puhelin’s telecommunications business to Lounea. This included financial modeling, financial Due Diligence, and process support. With this business transfer, all of Härkätien Puhelin’s personnel, contracts, and customer accounts are transferred to Lounea.

For Lounea, which has expanded into a national player driven by fiber optic networks in recent years, the business transfer is a logical part of the company’s growth story. Combining geographically adjacent networks and services is expected to bring clear synergies. For Härkätien Puhelin, Lounea is the closest Finnet company based on local ownership.
