Lounea acquires Polar Office Oy's business in Rovaniemi - Neuvoa advisor to the buyer
ICT and telecom company Lounea is expanding its B2B operations in Northern Finland by acquiring the printing, information management, and presentation technology business of Polar Office Oy. Lounea is a significant player in ICT and printing solutions and one of Finland’s largest fiber optic network companies. Neuvoa Advisors acted again as Lounea’s advisor in executing the transaction.

Lounea will continue local investments in Rovaniemi and continue Polar Office Oy’s work throughout the region of Lapland. We will bring our comprehensive range of ICT services alongside printing, information management, and presentation technology services,” says Veli-Matti Viitanen, CEO of Lounea.

Entrepreneur Rauno Kivelä will act as an advisor to Lounea during the transition period to ensure a smooth transition of business operations. Entrepreneur Mika Ollonen and the company’s employees will join Lounea as existing employees.
