Lumme Energia Oy acquires the electricity retail business of Vatajakosken Sähkö Oy - Neuvoa advisor to the acquirer
Neuvoa Advisors acted as the financial advisor for Lumme Energia in their acquisition of Vatajankosken Sähkö’s electricity sales business. The asset deal broadens Lumme Energia’s nationwide service platform and its number of customers will grow by ca. ten percent. The deal is consistent with Lumme Energia’s growth strategy, in which organic growth is supported by strategic acquisitions.
Lumme Energia is a nationwide operating electricity sales company with more than 100 000 satisfied customers and service points in Tampere, Mikkeli, Savonlinna and Jyväskylä. As a result of acquiring Vatajankosken Sähkö’s electricity sales business, the company will open another service point in Kankaanpää. Lumme Energia is a part of Suur-Savon Sähkö group which employs approximately 600 people and had a revenue of 154m€ in 2019.
