Seravo Oy acquired by Swedish Miss Group – Neuvoa Advisors advisor to the sellers
Perwyn-backed Miss Group has acquired the entire share capital of Seravo Oy. Neuvoa Advisors acted as the sole financial advisor to the shareholders of Seravo handling the buyer contacting process, overall coordination of the sales process and contract negotiations.
Miss Group is an international web hosting group that offers a range of hosting related services whereas Seravo – the world’s fastest WordPress server provider – offers premium hosting services and upkeep for over 4,000 WordPress sites.
